Very few people have built one of these.
A membership looks like merch from the outside. Underneath, it’s a different business, and most of what makes it work is invisible until it breaks.
- 01
It has to work every month
A launch is one good week. A membership is the same promise kept thirty-six times in a row, with billing, inventory and a drop that holds each time.
- 02
The hard parts are underneath
Failed cards, members who exist in three systems at once, a store that opens to a waitlist. None of it shows on the page. All of it decides the number.
- 03
Most agencies have run a launch
We’ve run the thing that comes after, at a hundred thousand members, for years. That experience is the product.
Everything except the audience.
You bring the audience and the idea. We get it made, launched, and running month after month.
The product
Manufacturing coordinated end to end: sourcing, samples, and production runs sized to a real member count instead of a guess.
The launch
The waitlist, members-first early access, and a drop day that holds when everyone shows up in the same minute.
The club
What members get and when, how they join, how they pay, and a home for them that isn’t a Shopify account page.
Everything underneath
Billing that works, failed payments recovered instead of written off, and numbers that show exactly who’s in, who’s drifting, and why.
We work with a handful of brands at a time.
The people who build it are the people who run it, month after month. That caps how many we can carry, and it’s why we’re careful about who.

Introduction
A thirty-minute call. Your audience, your product, your cadence.
- 02
Review
We go through your store and your audience ourselves. About a week.

Decision
Both ways. If it’s a fit, we come back with a plan and a start date.
The signals we’ve learned to look for.
After enough of these, the pattern is clear. The brands that work share a few things before we ever start, and they aren’t the things people expect.
- 01An audience that sells out what you post in hours, not days
- 02People asking when the next one is before the last one has shipped
- 03Something worth waiting a month for, every month
- 04A cadence you’ll commit to. A drop a month is a promise to members
- 05You at the table, not a manager
Follower count isn’t on the list. It has never been the thing that predicted it.
Things people ask first.
How big does my audience need to be?
Bigger isn’t the point. Showing up is. A hundred thousand followers who scroll past are worth less than ten thousand who set an alarm when you post.
What we look at is how your audience behaves when you sell something: how fast it goes, how many people ask about the next one, whether anyone’s annoyed they missed it. That’s the demand a membership gets built on.
What do I actually have to do?
Be the reason people join, and keep the promise: a drop every month, presented the way your audience already knows you. We get it made and run everything underneath. After the first few months it takes less of your time than you’d expect, and we’ll be honest about exactly how much.
How long until it launches?
Depends where you’re starting. With a product and a Shopify store already in place, a waitlist can be live in weeks and a first drop within a couple of months. A full membership with a portal is a longer build. We’ll tell you which one you are on the call.
Who handles the product, fulfillment and customer service?
We coordinate the manufacturing: sourcing, samples, and production runs sized to the member count. Packing, shipping and the inbox stay with you or with people you already work with, and we make sure they’re working from numbers that are right.
How many brands do you work with?
Few, deliberately. The people who build it stay the people running it, which puts a hard ceiling on how many we can carry at once.
How do you charge?
We take a percentage of revenue, not a fee. There’s no retainer and no invoice for hours. We’re paid out of what the membership makes, so we only do well when you do. The exact share is agreed once we both know it’s a fit, before anything starts.
I already work with an agency.
If they do content and ads, good. We’d rather work alongside them than replace them. If someone already owns the membership and drop systems and isn’t going anywhere, there’s nothing for us to be accountable for and we’d pass.
